Arsenal de Hyrule, a private legal entity, headquartered at José de Alencar, 37, Campos Eliseos - Ribeirão Preto - São Paulo, registered with CNPJ/MF under no. 35.867.882.0001-71 (“Lojista” or “we”) takes your privacy seriously and guarantees the security and data protection of all its customers, partners, suppliers and users (“Users”) of the website “berdms.lojavirtualnuvem.com.br” and any other website, Store, application operated by the Lojista (here simply “Loja”).
This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) is intended to inform you about how we use and disclose information collected during your visits to our Store and in messages we exchange with you (“Communications”).
By accessing the Store, sending communications or providing any type of personal data, you declare to be aware of and agree to this Privacy Policy, which describes the purposes and forms of processing of your personal data that you make available to the Store.
